I typically choose recipes based on simplicity and what ingredients I have in my kitchen. My primary goal is always to make food that I will enjoy to eat. I also take a health-conscious approach to cooking, and attempt to make filling, nutritious, and well-rounded meals. As a disclaimer, I do not do a lot of experimentation in the kitchen. I make things once, and if it doesn’t go quite right, I eat it anyway. I also usually combine 2-3 similar recipes to make my own.
